Items can be obtained by gifting them for free to friends, or purchased for 1 
. Items can be given to workers to boost their stats and other effects. Some Mystery cards also give items.
Note: Items stack but do not multiply, so 3x Blue Potion will provide a straight 900% WP bonus.

Booster items give temporary effects to your workers. The Donut items also "restore full stamina" to the worker, in addition to temporarily increasing their max stamina.
